ENC: Call on Me!

Many of you know that I am originally from New Bern, North Carolina.  I love Eastern North Carolina and still have plenty of family and friends who live in this wonderful area of the state.  Eastern North Carolina spans a wide territory which seems to be generally defined as all points east of the Raleigh/Triangle area—a large territory indeed.  The two main area codes for Eastern North Carolina are 252 and 910 but 919 stretches into the ENC region as well.

The 252 area code spans my hometown of New Bern and covers spots such as Kinston, Greenville, Wilson, Rocky Mount, Williamston, Plymouth, all of Carteret County, the Outer Banks and numerous cities and towns in between.  910 covers Jones County, Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach, Fayetteville, Lumberton, the Brunswick Beaches, Jacksonville, Clinton, and many other locations.  The cities and counties throughout Eastern North Carolina have many vehicle dealerships and other businesses who do not always follow the law when dealing with consumers.  The ENC has several high-speed highways and dangerous roadways which see accidents in which persons are seriously injured or killed due to driver negligence.

Another unique feature of Eastern North Carolina is the existence of counties with sparse populations and a limited number of attorneys especially those with experience in certain areas of law (ex: handling debt collectors, auto fraud, warranty law, complex civil litigation).  I have colleagues throughout Eastern North Carolina who bear witness to this relative shortage of legal counsel in some areas.

My office is in Greensboro but I will handle cases across North Carolina depending on the nature of the case and issues involved.  Currently I am handling cases as far west as Mecklenburg County and as far east as Lenoir County with many, many places covered in between.  If you are in North Carolina–including my family and friends in Eastern North Carolina–and are in need of a consultation or legal service please contact me. Thanks for your support.
