Prepare to P-U-R-G-E: A Throwback Post

The first month of a new year often provides motivation for people to work on self-improvement.  For inspiration on how you can get a jump start on a better you in all phases of your life read my P-U-R-G-E concept.  While the acronym may be my own the tips are nothing earth-shattering.  Probably Purge!things you have heard and may already be doing.
